Lead Team
The lead team are the elders of our community. They serve in a pastoral capacity to help individual members of our community in their journey, and they help to set the long term agenda as it relates to the spiritual formation of unedited spirituality. Serve Team
The serve team are basically what you might call the deacons of our community. In our community that means those who lead teams of volunteers and whose function is not primarily pastoring or teaching. [e.g. leading a team that serves at the Mustard Seed (benevolence), leading coffee volunteers (service), leading tech or sound volunteers, etc.].
